Acknowledgment of Services:

I understand that Tarmac Pro Detail provides cosmetic aircraft detailing services only. These services include, but are not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, carpet shampooing, brake dust removal, and ceramic soap finish. No mechanical, structural, or certified maintenance work is performed.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability:

By signing below, I voluntarily agree to the following:

• I understand that all detailing services are performed at my request and risk.

• I certify that the aircraft is in safe and accessible condition for cosmetic detailing.

• I release and hold harmless Tarmac Pro Detail, its owners, staff, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from services performed on my aircraft, including incidental damage or cosmetic issues.

• I acknowledge that Tarmac Pro Detail is not licensed or insured as an aircraft maintenance provider.

• I accept full responsibility for the aircraft during and after the service session.

Satisfaction & Refund Policy:

I understand that Tarmac Pro Detail does not guarantee full removal of existing stains, discoloration, or wear. Refunds are not provided for services already completed. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service for refund review.
