Tarmac Pro Detail is a small, independently operated aircraft detailing service run by aviation enthusiasts. We are not a licensed or insured maintenance provider. All services provided are cosmetic only. By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your aircraft and release Tarmac Pro Detail and its team members from any liability or damage.
Refund Policy
As a small, independent operation, we do our best to provide high-quality service and clear communication. However, since our services are labor- and time-based, we generally do not offer refunds once a job has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the result of your detail, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a correction or partial credit toward a future service.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that were not started or for clear scheduling errors.
We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction due to pre-existing damage, stains, or wear that could not be reasonably improved through cosmetic detailing.
